Count and inspect parts for defects or problems; assist in quality assurance projects.

* Perform visual and mechanical inspection of parts for quality assurance.
* Input measured values into collection systems & interpret results.
* Perform basic math skills for weigh-counting and product evaluation.
* Must learn to drive and operate a Hi-Lo / forklift.
* Cleaning work area daily, using 5S mandated housekeeping practices.
* Understand and follow Process Control Plans (PCPs) for each job.
* Other duties, as assigned.

High school degree/GED equivalent.

None – please bring enthusiasm and willingness to learn, although computer skills are a plus! Must have a working command of the English language and very basic math skills.

* Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
* Job involves twisting, bending, and lifting – up to 25 pounds.
* Must be able to adapt to climate changes.
