Employee Appreciation: Celebrating a Strong Fall Performance
September was a great month at Trenton Forging Company; both sales and revenue were up from previous months, and our team worked incredibly hard to continue maximizing production, minimizing costs, and schedule strategically. To celebrate everyone’s hard work and success, we decided to host an Employee Appreciation Event!
Today, Thursday, October 24th we have spent the morning enjoying donuts, cider, coffee, cookies, and plenty of other sweet treats. Additionally, team members were entered into raffles to win incredible prizes, including gift cards, fall-themed gift baskets, decor, and more. It’s been a fun-filled day!
